Why This Resource Exists
Missouri law permits access to many government records, but released-person information is divided among agencies. In St. Louis City, the Department of Public Safety’s Division of Corrections operates the jail and documents local custody. Missouri DOC maintains offender and supervision information for people in the state system. Probation and parole offices handle active community supervision, while federal sentence releases may appear in the Bureau of Prisons locator. This site organizes those official searches, request steps, and record boundaries in one place.
